Peigo
UX / UI
I was part of the team that created Ecuador's first digital wallet, a project that involved a deep market study to understand our future users, many of whom had no banking experience.
This presented a significant accessibility challenge. As part of the process, we analyzed data, created user profiles, user flows, diagrams, and journeys. Building upon this foundation, we began developing the brand Peigo, aiming to create a sense of closeness to Ecuadorians and reflect their essence. Using these insights, we constructed a brand identity and a product style guide, from which wireframes for each flow were derived.
We implemented the latest security and validation technologies to streamline the onboarding process for users who were not yet familiar with technology. We tested the product at different stages and made iterations to achieve the best possible result prior to launch.
I take pride in having contributed to this project, which revolutionized how Ecuadorians manage their digital transactions, offering a secure and user-friendly experience.
